Buying Home After Inspecting

If you any intention of buying a new house then it is always better to see
and inspect the house you intend to buy .We should see whether the house
satisfies all our needs, suppose if we have two children, see if the house
has three bed rooms, one master bed room and two children’s bed room. See
to it that the rooms are well ventilated and the house gets enough light
and air from outside. If the house has proper electric supply, gas supply,
heating system for winter and cooling system for summer.
Examine the building stability with the help of an engineer, and how old
is the building.
Even if we buy a small object we have to examine it properly. So it is a
must to examine the house before buying. Examine the water head tank and
see water is supplied to all the rooms., Drink and see whether the water
is hard or soft , if it is hard whether a water softener is fixed or not.
Examine the heating system, whether there is any leakage in it/ Leakage
of carbon monoxide is dangerous because inhaling carbon monoxide is equal
to taking in poison. We can see whether the things we have will fit into
the house we are going to buy. We must see what type of flooring is being
given and the doors and windows whether made of teak.
We can take our friends or relatives to inspect
the house so that certain points missed by us may be found
by them. Each person will see in different angle. The real Estate managers
and sales person s may mislead us as their intention is to sell. So we should
not be carried away by their speech.
Houses have sentimental values. Hence it is necessary to know the history
of the previous owner who dwelled in that particular house. If we are interested
in gardening see if there is a place to keep plants and trees outside the
house. We can inspect whether the house wooden cabinets to keep our belongings,
and whether they are inclusive in the price of the house. Check the price
of the house by shopping around and seeing different houses and comparing
the price of this house with others.
After thorough examination we can sit and bargain the price with the owner
and if it is feasible for us we can go ahead with the sale or if not shop
around and find another suitable for our requirement. We have to see if
the wiring and pipe lines, telephone lines in the house are concealed wiring
